New Moon 28°24′ Sagittarius conjunct the Galactic Center and Venus 24°11′ Sagittarius at 5:43 pm PST

New Moon & Venus square Saturn 25°35′ Pisces and Neptune 29°23′ Pisces

This New Moon forms in the final degrees of Sagittarius, closely aligned with the Galactic Center, a point associated less with revelation and more with orientation. Rather than delivering new information, this lunation reorganizes how truth is held and expressed. Something subtle but decisive begins to shift internally, not through insight alone, but through behavior.

Sagittarius governs belief, meaning, and the narratives we live inside. At these late degrees, the focus is no longer on seeking or expanding, but on reckoning with what you already know. With both the Sun and Moon activating Human Design Gate 10, the Gate of Behavior, this New Moon turns attention toward lived integrity. Not ideals. Not intentions. But the way your energy actually moves through daily life. It asks: Does the way you are showing up reflect who you are now? This is not about improvement. It is about honesty.

From a Gene Keys perspective, Gene Key 10 explores the spectrum between self-absorption and natural self-love. When distorted, behavior becomes performative or shaped by expectation. When integrated, action becomes clean and unforced. You don’t need to motivate yourself. You simply move in ways that feel internally aligned. Under this New Moon, intention isn’t something you need to create. It’s already revealing itself through what feels natural to sustain and what no longer does. Where movement feels uncomplicated, alignment is present. Where it feels heavy or performative, something has shifted. The I Ching reflects this through Hexagram 10, Treading, which speaks to how alignment is lived rather than declared. When inner truth is intact, action doesn’t require constant adjustment. You feel where to place your next step. Movement becomes steady, respectful, and quietly confident, not because it’s careful, but because it fits.

Venus joins this New Moon in Sagittarius, activating Gate 11, the Gate of Ideas. Gate 11 holds vision, imagery, and mental possibility — but not every idea is meant to be pursued. With Venus here, desire becomes more selective. You may notice that certain plans, conversations, or futures you once entertained no longer carry energy, while something quieter feels meaningful. Attraction shifts away from excitement and toward resonance. What you value now needs to make sense not just mentally, but energetically.

This New Moon does not exist in isolation. Its square to Saturn and Neptune in Pisces introduces the tension that makes this moment tangible. Saturn and Neptune have both been moving through Pisces for some time, gradually dissolving old structures and softening emotional boundaries. What makes this New Moon distinct is the square, a point of friction that brings long-standing undercurrents into lived awareness. The New Moon in Sagittarius seeks truth and alignment. Saturn and Neptune in Pisces ask whether that truth is emotionally sustainable.

Saturn in Pisces, now under pressure from this lunation, highlights where structure has been built on emotional endurance. You may feel less able to “hold it together” in ways that once felt manageable. Patience, empathy, or spiritual framing that previously helped you cope may now feel quietly exhausting. This isn’t collapse. It’s a limit becoming honest.

From a Human Design lens, Saturn activates Gate 36, the Gate of Emotional Experience. Gate 36 carries the wisdom of intensity and transition, but it also teaches discernment, not every emotional wave needs to be entered. Under this square, you may recognize where you’ve been repeating emotional cycles out of habit, or bracing for experiences that no longer feel aligned with who you are becoming.

Neptune, also squared by the New Moon, activates Gate 25, the Gate of Innocence. Gate 25 speaks to meeting life without distortion, without needing to justify, soften, or spiritually reframe what you feel. Under this influence, illusions don’t shatter dramatically; they soften. You may notice where compassion has asked you to stay open longer than your system can honestly sustain, or where faith has been used to tolerate something your body no longer agrees with.

Together, Saturn and Neptune don’t block the New Moon’s message, they refine it. Alignment cannot be sustained if it requires you to override your emotional or energetic reality. If living a truth requires constant strain, it quietly asks to be reconsidered.

Mars in early Capricorn, also activating Gate 10, grounds this awareness into action. Mars here doesn’t rush. It commits. You may feel a quiet resolve to move differently, not louder or faster, but with more self-respect. Action becomes measured and intentional, rooted in integrity rather than momentum.

When this energy is met unconsciously, it can feel disorienting. Motivation fades without explanation. Goals that once carried you forward no longer respond to effort. You may try to push, recommit, or optimize, only to feel more drained. This can create confusion or self-questioning: Why doesn’t this work the way it used to?

When met consciously, the same energy brings relief. The pressure to justify your choices, explain your shifts, or strive for certainty begins to ease. You stop forcing clarity and start listening for resonance. What remains may be simpler, quieter, and more honest, and your system relaxes around it.

This New Moon is not asking you to become someone new. It is asking you to stop behaving as someone you’ve outgrown.

Rather than setting intentions, consider sitting with these questions:

  • Where does my behavior already feel aligned and where does it quietly cost me energy?

  • What beliefs am I living from out of habit rather than truth?

  • Where would I feel more at ease if I let something be imperfect but real?

Clarity doesn’t arrive here as a directive or a decision. It arrives as coherence, as a felt sense that your thoughts, emotions, and actions are no longer pulling in different directions.

You don’t need to know what comes next yet. You only need to notice what feels sustainable now.
